We use The Concierge Manual and the
Masters Home Study Program on a regular
basis here at LFC inc. These tools and
Katharine and Ron’s advice over the past
year helped us successfully launch or
corporate concierge division... during a
recession! Last month, we were invited to
serve two luxury condominium communities in
our area. This great success followed a
year of hard work. Triangle Concierge’s
support was crucial to these gains. When
you purchase products or join a class, you

advice- every time I’ve sent Ron or
