Having just completed your two day seminar
in Raleigh, I am so glad I made the choice
to fly from New York to attend. The value of
the personal attention and the unity of the
class, lent to the over all experience.
Every facet of the business was presented in
a concise, and thorough format. There's no
question the concierge business is more than
a philosophy and simply having great
customer service skills alone does not make
for success. The necessity of having the
business acumen of a seasoned professional
such as yourself, teach all aspects of the
business from choosing a name,
to identifying your talents and finding your
niche has proven to be invaluable. I highly
recommend this class to anyone seriously
interested in learning the right way to run
a concierge business from someone who has
literally written the book on it.
