Thoroughly enjoyed your workshop and the
group of people involved. The staff at the Club were truly
amazing. What a wonderful bunch. It was well worth the trip
from Toronto. Lots of information to present and cover but the
nice thing about a group workshop is the learning from each other.
Everyone has something to bring to the table. You did a great job of
keeping it interesting and keeping it moving. I now have a better
understanding of what I need to do next and have been doing so since my
return from Raleigh. Thanks again and I'm sure we'll be in touch.

Today I
completed your two-day training for new
concierge entrepreneurs. Two months ago I
ordered your book The Concierge Manual and
found it exceptionally helpful. Still there
was something missing for me and I could not
seem to get the ball rolling here with my
new business. As the deadline for the
workshop approached, I could not afford to
attend, and yet I could not afford NOT to
attend. Well, my leap was definitely a good
