Why travel to a seminar when you can attend one in the comfort of your own home or office?  Plus you will still get the benefit of a group seminar! The Concierge WebinarTM offers exceptional convenience and is cost-effective as it is done via your individual computers.

The Concierge Webinar TM is a series of three, 2-hour online sessions that will teach you how to start and run your own concierge service. Taught by international concierge training expert Katharine Giovanni, not only will she take you through the process of how to create your own concierge company, but she’ll also answer all your questions, give you the tools you need to develop your pricing, and help you figure out what services you want to offer. To join a webinar, you will need access to the internet and a phone line. Attendees will listen to Katharine over the phone, just like a conference call. At the same time, you will follow our PowerPoint presentation via the Web site. Registrants are provided a telephone number to call, a secure URL, and access to both the audio and online elements of the presentation.

  • The Concierge Webinar TM is conveniently scheduled to allow people from all over the world to attend.  However, if you are in a location where the time simply doesn't work for you, then please contact us. If we get enough interest in a particular time zone, we'll be happy to schedule one for you.

  • Travel is not required!  The program takes place in your home or office.

Here's How it Works ...

 
 
 
 
The Concierge Webinar is a series of three sessions conducted on-line via the internet and/or your telephone.

 

 

Session 1           10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. eastern

Session 2:           1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Session 3            3:15 - 5:00 p.m.

Visual components may be viewed by your PC or laptop. No special hardware is needed.
 
Once you register for the class, you will be emailed a confirmation that includes a website link that provides the information you need to attend the class. You can attend via the internet or telephone.

On the day of the event, you simply log onto the website address that will be emailed to you and follow the instructions. In fact, you can log onto that page as soon as you receive your confirmation so that you have the information.

You will be an active participate in the seminar and can ask Katharine questions at the appropriate time.

Registration closes the day before a scheduled webinar.

Cancellation Policy

The registration fee is fully refundable as long as you cancel, in writing, one week prior to the event. No refunds after this date.  There will be a $50 cancellation fee.
