Our four contracts are all designed to protect you from many liability issues that every concierge business faces in the world today. Our multi-use contract is a great contract designed for lobby concierge, corporate concierge and individual concierge companies … three contracts all in one. The service vendor agreement is a must-have if you plan on outsourcing services to your local vendors. If you plan on adding meeting and event planning to your list of services, then our meeting/event contract is vital. Never plan an event for someone without a contract. If you are planning to disclose confidential or proprietary information about your company to another person and/or company, then this non-disclosure agreement will work for you. This is a form of Confidentiality Agreement to be used when one company is planning on disclosing confidential or proprietary information to another party in connection with a possible transaction. Grocery Shopping Template

This Template includes Grocery Shopping Agreement template with two options for performance. House Sitting Template

This Template includes House Sitting Agreement addressing various details of house sitting visits including normal procedures for visits, emergency situations, when others have access to the home, security company procedure and information, liability, cancellation and so much more. It sets out information, procedures and terms for just about any instance that could arise when performing house sitting visits. Service Request Worksheet

Use this worksheet to record various pertinent information when performing a service to make billing easy when the task is complete and attach it to your copy of the invoice.  With this form you record client information specific to the task, mileage, narratives, time recording, reimbursements and totals.

Bad Check Notice & Final Notice (2 Forms)

Two letters to use for remittance to the client when receiving bad checks.  The first is basically to advise of receiving a bad check and requesting the client make the check good and the second is a final notice indicating if payment is not received forthcoming collection will be pursued.

Credit/Debit Card (3 forms)

Three forms:  First form is for client to sign giving authorization to use their credit card and may be produced to vendor where credit card is being used if questioned.  Second form is for client to sign giving authorization to use credit card information on behalf of the client (such as online or telephone purchases) if client does not provide you with the actual credit card.  Third form is for internal use for recording and retaining credit card information for billing purposes.

Hourly General Services Agreement

Use this agreement when performing services on an hourly basis only.  It covers such things as permission to enter the home, relationship of the parties, terms of service for hourly arrangements, company and client obligation agreements, rates, liability, modification and much more.  It may be set up for one time or ongoing services and requires authorized signature of the company and the client.

In Home Request for Service & Key Release Agreement

This agreement is designed for one time services like home waiting for repairs, maintenance, delivery, etc.  It covers key arrangements, authorization to be on the premises, terms of service, relationship of the parties and obligations, rates, liability and much more.

Package General Services Agreement

Use this agreement when performing services based on a client purchasing packages of time or a membership basis only.  Language is specific to package/membership arrangements and covers such things as permission to enter the home, relationship of the parties, terms regarding package/membership service, company and client obligation agreements, rates, liability, modification and much more.  It may be set up for one time or ongoing services and requires authorized signature of the company and the client.

Pharmacy Agreement, Authorization & Waiver, Labels

This agreement is specific to performing services related to pickup up and delivery of prescriptions.  It sets forth a process and terms for pickup/delivery, promised security from the time prescriptions are picked up from the pharmacy and delivered to the client.  Additionally it contains information for creating labels to be affixed to the prescription upon pickup which will ensure your pledge prescription has not been tampered with.

Non-Owner Auto Agreement for Auto Services & Release

This agreement is specific to performing services where the client’s auto is taken for service, maintenance, car wash, etc. and/or when using the client’s auto is used to perform services.  Addresses permission to drive, use and posses vehicle, relationship of the parties, insurance obligations, liability, expenses advanced on behalf of client regarding the vehicle and other services, rates, and much more.

Proof of Pick-up/Delivery

Use this form when hired to pickup and deliver packages, documents and other items.  Record client and delivery information pertinent to the request.  Serves as proof of pickup and delivery with a signature required for both.  It may be provided to client for their files if necessary (but be sure and keep a copy for your files in case a question arises!)

Before we tell you the price, please understand that this program is only for people who really want to launch a successful business, and are willing to work for it. It’s an opportunity for you to brainstorm with Katharine for two uninterrupted intense days so you can launch your incredibly successful business.

With all due respect, please know that this program is not for people on a tight budget. Further, Katharine only takes on a few President Club clients a month, so space is on a first-come first-serve basis.
