Logistics and Fees

 

Katharine charges a flat fee plus expenses. Pricing is customized based on your group’s needs and location. Please email us for a customized quote. We need to know what program and topics you are interested in, the size of your group and your location.

Katharine_8301-8Expenses include hotel accommodations, round trip airfare from Raleigh, NC, meals, and ground transportation. Ron will bundle the expenses into your contract so that you only have one flat fee to pay. 50% is due with the contract, and the balance is due one week prior to the event.

AV Requirements – Katharine will bring her own laptop with PowerPoint presentation so she requires an LCD projector with a cable to connect it to her computer, a white screen (in a location where all participants can see it), and wireless microphone if the room is large. Although she doesn’t use a podium as she likes the direct contact with her audience, she does need a small table to place materials. A bottle of water is always appreciated!

Katharine likes to arrive one hour early to set everything up, so she’ll need one of your staff members to greet her and assist
