What do you offer for people on a tight  budget?

We completely understand that money is tight right now. Unfortunately, you are not alone. The economy certainly isn’t helping people much these days. Although we currently do not offer scholarship programs, we do have several “free” pieces.

However, before we tell you about them, Katharine has some advice for you …

Please don’t pay attention to the economy. Did you know that MOST of the current Fortune 500 companies started in a recession?  Did you also know that Revlon and Ethan Allen started in 1932?  Right in the middle of the greatest depression the world has ever seen.  If they can do it, so can you.  If you start a business expecting it be hard, I guarantee you it will be hard. Mostly because you’re expecting it to be. Know that you can do this!  Know that there are dozens of people out there with money to spend who desperately need your services. You just need to market to a specific niche and keep your eye on your bright future. Ignore the energy sucking naysayers who are telling you that you can’t.

If you think you can’t then you won’t. Simple as that. Why? You just told me you “can’t”. You just said it yourself.

The good news is that you can change that with a thought. So try this … instead of saying “I can’t start up a business” turn it around by saying that you CAN do it. Then after a few days of saying you can do it, put the words into action and start researching and moving forward on it.

If you walk around lamenting the fact that “you can’t” … then you won’t.

Act as if it has already happened and start saying … I can.
