| First click on the To Do List Tab

The "To Do List" screen directly correlates with things you're doing for your clients. If you would like to know what your doing for your clients on any particular day, this is where you can print out the schedule to get that information.

Now click on the To Do List Tab

From the Clients screen, you are able to add Clients, Edit /View Client or Delete Clients. To add a client, click the Add Client button

From the Client screen, on the Clint Information tab, you able to enter demographic information about a client

To enter personal information about a client, click on the tab called Personal Information. On that screen, you are able to enter personal information about the client, the client's spouse, and more.

To enter family information about a client, click on the tab Family Information. On that screen, you are able to personal information about the client's children and pets as well as send email to the client.

To enter services that your company performed for a client, click on the Services tab.
At the top of this screen is today's date and the amount of money that the client has allocated to his/her concierge account (especially useful when the client doesn't have a credit card and wishes to use a cash account instead).
The box in the enter of the screen is a listing of all services that your company has been hired to perform for this client. If no services have been performed for this client, then this box will be blank. |

There are several drop-down fields on this screen including the category field, vendor and restaurant fields. When entering data into the Vendor field, you can press the drop-down arrow to view vendors that already exit in your database.
There is also a drop down venue field if this service is in a venue location.
This service can be added to your Outlook Calendar
by Clicking on the "add to outlook calendar" button. |

To select a Payment type, click the Select Financial Information button, and the Client Financial Information screen will pop up.

From this screen, you can add new financial information, edit or view existing financial information, or delete financial information for a client.
To assign financial information or a payment type to a service, select the payment type and click the Associate with Service button. To save the new service information, click the Save & Close button . To cancel the new service information, click the Cancel button |

Now we're moving on to the Vendor Information Screen...
From the Main Switchboard screen, click the Vendors button.

From the Restaurants screen, you are able to add restaurants, edit or view restaurants, or delete restaurants. To add a restaurant, click the Add Restaurant button

From the Restaurant Information screen, enter information about a restaurant.

The invoice information report was not designed to be a formal invoice that you can present to your clients. Rather, it is simply the information that you would put on your formal invoice. We suggest that you use Quickbooks, a wonderful program that will help you track all your financial information. You can also type an invoice using Microsoft Excel if you don't wish to purchase a formal accounting-type software.

The Information and Support window, from the Utilities Screen, gives you a hyperlink to this document, and displays the contact for information and support of this application.
Food Types is where you would add a food category to the restaurant database. The Update Menu is only for upgrade users from previous version of our software. The Venues Types button is where you would add a venue type to the venues database.
Lastly, the Users tab is there if someone in your office needs access to this software on your computer, and you want to add a new password specifically for them. |

Letters, Forms and Mailing Labels
You can also create letters, forms and mailing labels within Microsoft Word using the information from the database within Access. The function to use in Microsoft Word would be "Mail Merge". |
