Triangle Concierge will give you a complete refund as long as you submit the request in writing and return the products to us within 30 days of your ordering the product (postmarked within 30 days). This date will appear on your invoice. All products must arrive in MINT condition. We will not refund the postage. There will be a 20% repacking fee on all returns, up to a maximum of $50. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.

Downloadable products are not refundable.
