Customer service is our number one priority and we stand behind every service and product that we sell. We want you to be totally happy with our services. That being said … the following is our refund policy …

Triangle Concierge will give you a complete refund as long as you submit the request in writing and return the products to us within 30 days of your ordering the product (postmarked within 30 days). This date will appear on your invoice. All products must arrive in MINT condition. We will not refund the postage. There will be a 20% repacking fee on all returns, up to a maximum of $50.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days for any product or service

Downloadable products are not refundable.
