I have to admit I was originally somewhat skeptical about taking the Master’s Program because it is a self-paced reading and audio course – but enrolling turned out to be the best business decision I made in the progress of Apple Bus Concierge. The program is built for busy people – I just downloaded all the c.d.’s and played them on my IPOD whenever I took my walks in the evenings. The best part about the disks  is the ability to replay any section so you don’t miss anything. Talking with Katharine left me feeling more excited and motivated than I have ever been! She definitely lit a fire under me. I am a proud Master’s Program graduate and I recommend it to anyone who is ready to take that first or next step in building their concierge empire.
