Katharine Giovanni, international concierge
training expert and award winning author, has
been training companies and individuals in this
field for over twelve years. During this time,
she’s helped three main groups of people. Due to
non-disclosure agreements, we can’t provide you
with details; however, we can outline the
basics.
Katharine has trained thousands of individuals
from all over the world who wished to start
their own company.
She has trained and consulted with companies
from all over the world who were looking to
create an in-house concierge department to offer
to their employees and/or clients as part of
their benefits package. These include national
retail stores, travel agencies, hospitals,
hotels and banks to name just a few. They were
one and two day training sessions designed to
help them with the logistics of starting a
concierge service for their employees and/or
clients. We’ve also trained phone banks,
security guards, and doormen.
Katharine has trained and consulted with real
estate management companies looking to roll a
concierge service out to their residents. These
sessions are generally rolled out in stages. The
first stage is a logistical nuts and bolts
training session designed to help them set
everything up. We discuss all the staffing and
logistics and iron out all the details. Later,
she was brought back to train their staff.
Katharine has also trained and consulted with
several national concierge companies who hired
us to come in and evaluate their operations and
help them achieve greater success. She spent a
week with one company in particular, evaluating
their entire operation and training their phone
bank staff.
