Ron has been working in the customer service and sales and operations field for over 25 years and has been an entrepreneur for the last 14 of those years. He has set up several successful businesses including Triangle Concierge and  NewRoad Publishing.

Ron has been teaching people how to start their own business since 1998 and during that time has consulted with hundreds of people to help them with marketing, sales and development and excellent customer service. He is responsible for all of Triangle’s operations including meeting planning, travel management, internet and web solutions, sales and marketing as well as research and development. Ron is also the co-designer of TriTrax PRO, the world’s premier concierge software.

Ron’s background and drive as an entrepreneur has always pushed him to help others become successful and to be positive. He motivates and coaches people to become the best that they can be, even when they think they cannot succeed. He is always working to educate the public and media about the concierge and lifestyle management industry so that the industry grows on a daily basis.

As President and Founder of NewRoad Publishing, he has published four books at last count, and has advised and done workshops on self publishing. He has produced workshop audio CD’s and is a contributing author to the acclaimed book The Concierge Manual.
