on paying claims and use assistance services
to help people who become ill or injured

providers is sometimes not reliable, and
assistance services usually cannot help with
the names of medications or provide any
translation services. HTH Mobile provides
reliable information at the user’s
fingertips.
Why is “Mobile Health” not available as a
download for my wireless device?
HTH Worldwide is constantly updating
information on medical providers, available
medications in certain countries, and other
healthcare data. Downloadable applications
are static, and the information provided may
not be accurate over time. Because HTH
Mobile is an internet application,
information is always real time.
What if I want to access “Mobile Health” on
my PC, desktop, or in an internet café?
All of the information that is available on
“Mobile Health” can be viewed on any device
with internet access. In addition, there is
an even deeper database of information on
other health and security concerns available
on a PC, desktop, or in an internet café
than is available on “Mobile Health”.
What is the cost of “Mobile Health”?
A
full year subscription with unlimited access
is only $34.95 per year. For trips lasting
2 months or less, the subscription cost is
only $9.95.
How were the medical providers detailed
on “Mobile Health” selected?
HTH Worldwide has spent the last ten years
extensively researching the world to find
the best English speaking physicians and
best equipped hospitals available. Founded
in part by physicians, HTH uses very strict
criteria before recruiting a provider or
facility into its community.
Will the medical providers featured on
“Mobile Health” accept my travel or health
insurance as payment?
The HTH Worldwide network of medical
providers is selected for quality, and not
because of participation in one insurance
plan or another. Networks, or “preferred
provider organizations” used by American
insurance companies generally do not exist
outside the United States. However, the HTH
list of providers is known for delivering
quality care at reasonable prices, and
generally do not engage in fraudulent
billing of tourists, business travelers, and
expatriates.
Is HTH Mobile easy to use?
Yes. The user simply selects a category to
research and enters a location. Drop down
lists are utilized to minimize the amount of
key punching required.
If I have any questions about using
“Mobile Health”, is there a number that I
can call?
Yes. Although HTH Mobile is designed to be
very user friendly, a customer service
number is available to field questions about
using “Mobile Health”. However, we cannot
guarantee that a particular provider will be
available for appointments, and we cannot
facilitate payment arrangements.
